Planning Guide

We always offer a FREE engagement shoot at our Norwich portrait studio or out and about.

This allows us to get to know each other better and also gives us time to chat about the wedding plans before the day.

From the shoot we upload your photos to a password protected website gallery. You can view your images and choose your favourite one for your personalised login cards.

As well as your login cards we find many couples love to have one of there pre-wedding photos used for the Guest signing mount. The signing mount comes with an A3 print of your choice and is ideal for messages from your guests on your big day.

Bridal preparation

From the early morning excitement of the bride and her girls, we capturing the dress, shoes, and flowers, make up and popping of the Champagne cork.

The Ceremony

At the church or venue there is always an opportunity to get shots of the groom and his party as well as the guest arriving and details like the rings.

Your Guests

It is time for the group shots. We keep them quick to about 15 – 20 minutes. How? by pre-planning and supply you with our list of classic group shots.

Time together

We like to spend around 15 - 20 minutes, just somewhere quiet with a beautiful backdrop so that we can create some magical images for you to treasure.
This is often done before the wedding breakfast, dusk and sunset

The Reception

As your days progresses we capture all the spontaneous moments from the best mans embarrassing stories (oh and we have heard a few) to the first dance.

And finally

As the sun sets on a perfect day we take the two of you away one last time.

Your Wedding Photographs

Within two weeks we aim to send out your images via USB.

You are then invited into the studio to view all the images where you can select your favourites for your wedding album.

Your wedding Album

Once we have designed the layout of your album we send you a pdf proof via email. Once you are 100% happy with the layout we will send it off to print.

Wedding albums generally take around 2 – 4 weeks to be sent back to us from our printers.
